1. Services (SEO, Web Design, Consulting)
Nature of Service: Most of our services involve manual labor and professional time. Once a project has started and resources have been allocated, we generally do not offer full refunds.
Partial Refunds: If a client wishes to cancel a project before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the work already completed, minus any processing fees.
Non-Refundable: Strategy sessions, completed audits, and consultation fees are strictly non-refundable.
2. Digital Products (If applicable)
Any downloadable digital products or AI-generated reports provided by Giggers.org are considered “used” after download or delivery and are non-refundable.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
If you are subscribed to a monthly service, you can cancel at any time. However, refunds will not be provided for the current billing cycle. Access to the service will remain active until the end of the paid period.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us at pratapiseo786@gmail.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks will lead to immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and will be credited to the original mode of payment.
